After the very good result of last year, this year as well we will participate to the Klangschloss. We will present 2 systems with Manger und Blumenhofer Acoustics Loudspeakers. About the electronics in use? We will disclose something very soon.

Klangschloss Greifensee 2018

What a show has been the 2018 edition of the Klangschloss.ch in Greifenberg. Very enjoyable and very smooth in the long run.
Public was at a very high musical level, presentations were amazing, location was gorgeous… and we had a beautiful weather ;-)
We had a big setup composed by:
- Merging Nadac 8 channel DAC-Preamplifier with external power supply
- Gato Audio CD Player
- Gato Audio Mono Power Amplifiers
- Whole cabling by Cammino
- Decouplers from Omicron
- Loudspeakers Genuin FS 1 MK 2 from Blumenhofer
- Rack studied and developed by us in Attalens

The listening room was split in half: we shared the room with Illusonic, a Swiss company specialised in digital sound processing. This is not our philosophy, it is a different approach that can suit quite a lot of situations, where it is not possible to work with analogue technologies. Very appreciable.
We only had digital music, played with a Roon-based control. It was the first time since longer time that browsing the titles on the iPad gave a certain analogue feeling. Andrea says that he will investigate Roon as soon as he is at home, when an LP-convinced like him says so, it must mean something.
At the show there were several rooms playing completely analogue setups, as You can see from the pictures, with reel to reel and really classic 40 years and older turntables.
One really amazing part were the presentations that occurred in the show days. Here You can download it and get a short feeling, of what Andrea Vitali from Blumenhofer Acoustics lectured. There were much more people in the lecture, than he expected. The feedback was positive, very informal and informative speech, they said. Andrea accepted the compliment and enjoyed the questions after the lecture.
We all enjoyed the show at the Klangschloss and the great engagement of Marcus to have a great show in the amazing avenue. Looking forward for the Klangschloss 2019.

Klangschloss am Greiffensee - We will present a nice system

We have decided (and had the chance to get a room) to participate to the Klangschloss Greiffensee on the 14-15th of April 2018.
We will play:

- Gerd Sauerman Class A Power Amplifier

- Cammino Power Harmonizer
We will be in Room 9b and there will be the chance to hear a presentation of Andrea Vitali about Horn loudspeakers, how they are built, which principles are behind them and what are their properties.
Soundrevolution at the AAA Forum in Basel 2017

This year we supported with our products the Analog Audio Association Forum in Basel.
Blumenhofer Acoustics, Lavardin, Hegel, Manger, Cammino and other Cabling were the tools we used to contribute to their success. The cooperation was good, but, as usual there was quite a lot of work to do in there! All in all a success. If You are curious, You can enjoy the pictures here

The Analog Audio Association Switzerland has elected some products of our portfolio to present their own event in Basel. And honestly, they have chosen some of the best: the Lavardin ISX Reference and the Blumenhofer Acoustics Genuin FS 1 MK 2.
We will be present as well to be able to support them in all possible ways.

Blumenhofer macht aussergewöhnliche Lautsprecher im Süden Deutschlands, nahe Augsburg und von A bis Z selbst. Natürlich ist es schwierig für Audio-Enthusiasten, sich die verschiedenen Modelle lokal einmal zu Gemüte zu führen, vor allem die gewichtigen Exemplare.
Nun kann man sich die Genuin FS 1 MK 2 das Flaggschiff der Genuin-Serie zum ersten Mal in der Schweiz zu Gemüte führen und zwar am Samstag 3. Juni von 9:00 bis 17:00 bei InConcert Audio in Olten. Dazu kann man sich auch kleinere Modelle, wie die Genuin FS3 MK2 und die überragende Tempesta 17 anhören und bekommt damit einen guten Eindruck von den wunderbaren Klangwelten von Blumenhofer.

Blumenhofer introduces the Fun 13 MK 2

After a long development, and about one year from the last sale of the Fun 13, Blumenhofer introduces the new Fun 13 MK 2.
Blumenhofer's goal was to keep the same friendly dimensions and the same friendly design of the predecessor. Not a bigger loudspeaker, but a far better sounding one.
The differences, technically speaking are 2:
- a new silk dome tweeter with 28mm diameter
- a new woofer same dimensions but with P2C membrane
The first production after the pre-series have left the company in the last weeks.

We (Christian Wenger from AVguide.ch and me) paid a visit to Blumenhofer Acoustics to interview Thomas Blumenhofer and Andrea Vitali about the company and the upcoming news. We collected lots of impression, very positive impressions and have learnt which products will soon hit the market. Some of them are really exciting, some other will bring good chances to promote the brand. We will promptly inform You on this line.
We shot lot of pictures during the days and visited some professionals installation as well.
We enjoyed the warm welcome and the great atmosphere trough and trough. Here You can browse the pictures we shot and have a little feeling of what unique product are the Blumenhofer Acoustics loudspeakers. I hope that the pictures will be able to transfer their richness and flavors.

Opening of the High End Studio Zimmermann - Schaffausen - Switzerland

It hit us as a positive surprise, we were not aware that our Genuin FS 1 MK 2 was in the narrow choice for the award in the Tower loudspeakers category.
Our Genuin FS 1 MK 2 got a superb review on Fairaudio.de and on 6moons.com back in march 2015 and now the Fairaudio favourite Award. This is our first award.
